The Ghana Police Service has launched an investigation into a disturbing viral video showing a man giving a substance, suspected to be a cigarette, to a child.
According to the Police, immediate steps are being taken to identify and arrest the suspect while ensuring that the child involved is safe and protected.
The Service is urging the public to assist with information that can help identify the man or locate the child. Anyone with relevant details is encouraged to report to the nearest Police Station.
