According to police, the suspect was declared wanted following ongoing investigations into the disappearance of Theophilus Ashitey Amarh, who was last seen at his residence under suspicious circumstances.

Investigators say suspected bloodstains were later discovered at the residence, raising concerns that the missing person may have been harmed.
Police intelligence further suggests that the suspect may have fled the country to neighbouring Togo, prompting intensified efforts to track and apprehend him.
The Accra Regional Police Command has appealed to the public to assist with credible information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect.
