The Ghana Police Service has arrested a 47-year-old woman, Beatrice Mumuni, in connection with the murder of George Atuguba and Irene Atuguba at NTHC Estate, Sakumono, on October 30, 2026.
According to the Police, preliminary investigations indicate that Mumuni allegedly led the principal suspect, Samuel Christopher Osei Anto, to the victims’ residence before the killings.
The Police say they have now declared Osei Anto wanted to assist investigations and are appealing to the public to help locate him.
The Police are offering a ¢100,000 reward for credible information leading to his arrest.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the nearest Police station or call the emergency numbers 191 or 18555.
The circumstances surrounding the killings remain under investigation.
