Speaking at the tenth-anniversary wreath-laying ceremony for the former president professor John Evans Fiifi Atta-Mills in Accra, he abhorred the recent CHRAJ corruption index report, which has rated most state agencies high in corruption, calling on relevant state institutions to take steps to reverse the trend.
