The Ghana Police Service, in collaboration with the National Signals Bureau (NSB) and the Nigerian Police Force, has successfully rescued the two female victims whose abduction was captured in a widely circulated viral video.
A total of eight (8) suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping. The arrests were made from multiple hideouts across Ghana and Nigeria as part of a coordinated intelligence-led operation.
The Police say additional details will be made available as investigations continue.
