A recent investigative report by the Office of the Special Prosecutor, which indicted some officials of the customs division of the Ghana Revenue Authority, GRA, and Labianca, a company owned by a member of the Council of State, Eunice Asomah-Hinneh, has been dubbed “hollow” by a retired Commissioner of CEPS, Colonel Kojo Damoah.
A dubious agreement allegedly formed between Labianca and GRA in influence peddling led to the OSP recovering more than one million cedis from the company.
Colonel Damoah, one of those involved in the agreement, responded to the report by saying that it smells of malice.
