Last year’s June 3 deadly explosion at the Goil filling station at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra was worsened by the flood situation in the area.

But after Monday’s rains this filling station at Abossey Okai remains flooded. Imagine the state of this filling station when it was raining.
