He lamented, many teachers refuse posting to the community because of the state of infrastructure and the absence of every other educational materials.
Other issues affecting efforts at ensure quality education in the area is lack of potable water.
School children have to travel long distances each morning to access water, hence they come to school late and exhausted, unable to concentrate.
The withdrawal of school feeding programme, has reduced the current enrollment from 187 to less than 100 pupils.
The district chief executive for Kpetoe-Ziope, Emelia Adzimah however disagreed with suggestions that the project was abandoned.
According to her, the contractors only left the site but are willing to return to complete it.
She counted a number of such projects in the district insisting that that all the contractors are due back at work after the Easter holidays.
