Otto Addo, the head coach of the Black Stars, has changed Ghana’s starting lineup for their match against Nicaragua on Tuesday evening.
The manager makes eight changes to the lineup from last Friday’s match against Brazil, with just Daniel Amartey, Baba Iddrisu, and Mohammed Kudus remaining in their original positions.
Richard Ofori of the Orlando Pirates starts in goal instead of Manaf Nurudeen and Jojo Wollacott.
Alidu Seidu transitions to the right-back position as Gideon Mensah starts on the left side of defense. Mohammed Salisu and Daniel Amartey are the center backs.
Iddrisu and Daniel-Kofi Kyereh, the Freiburg midfielder who impressed against Brazil and earned a position in the team, will be in charge of the Black Stars’ midfield.
As the team’s initial starter, Inaki Williams directs the offense while Fatawu Issahaku, Kudus, and Osman Bukari play in support.
Ofori, Seidu, Amartey, Salisu, Mensah, Baba, Kyereh, Issahaku, Kudus, Bukari, and Inaki make up the Black Stars XI.
