Arise Ghana shall be embarking on a mammoth demonstration on June 21, in Accra to press home their demands. The coalition wants all Ghanaians who desire a change in the way the country is being governed to come out in their numbers for the historic protest.
This will be the first of a series of protest actions to be held across the length and breadth of the country with the aim of bringing sufficient pressure to bear on the incompetent Akufo-Addo and Bawumia government to act responsibly to liberate the suffering masses.
The Wednesday May 25, media engagement listed a number of issues including worsening economic conditions, corruption, the re-introduction of Agyapa Royalties Deal, Declassification of the Achimota Forest Reserves lands among others as clear indications of the Akufo Addo-led government’s insensitivity to the masses.
The coalition says it is determined to sustain the pressure across the country until the government listens and correct the wrongs.
