The Central Regional Police Command has launched a manhunt for Kojo Antwi, who is alleged to have stolen a 2011 BMW S35X Gran, registration number DV 9422, in Winneba.
According to the police, a complaint was lodged with the Winneba Divisional Police Command on June 7, 2025, indicating that the suspect, believed to be in his mid-thirties, was sent by his uncle in 2023 to a mechanic’s shop to have a minor dent on the vehicle sprayed. The vehicle, however, was never returned.
Preliminary investigations suggest that Kojo Antwi remains at large and is still in possession of the vehicle.
The Central Regional Police Command is appealing to the general public, particularly residents and indigenes of Winneba and surrounding communities, to assist with credible information that could lead to the suspect’s arrest.
