The Ashanti regional chairman of the council of elders of the ruling npp, Reverend Mark Adu Gyamfi has described anomalies in the just ended regional executives election as unfortunate but normal. Speaking to TV3’s William Evans-Nkum in Kumasi, he described the infractions, especially, the voting buying phenomenon as general electoral challenge.
