Some unknown persons have sent death threats to ace musician Akosua Agyapong over what she says is her constant criticism of the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO).
Akosua Agyapong has recently been criticising the Organisation over corruption allegations.
She has not been happy with the management of GHAMRO’s funds.
But this, she says, has seen her receive various threats from unknown persons.
The musician says she has reported the case to the Tuba Police Station in the Greater Accra Region.
The ‘Frema’ hitmaker made the revelation in an interview on Onua TV/FM’s Maakye hosted by Nana Kwame Gyan on Wednesday, December 28.

“I have received several text messages threatening to kill me over the GHAMRO issues so on Monday, December 26, 2022, I went to Tuba police station to report,” she said in Twi.
“They told me I should go to the headquarters so I will go there today to provide detailed information,” she further added.
According to her, she received the alarming threats immediately after an interview on one of the radio stations in Accra.
