The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) and the Imax Media Promotions are set to launch the Ghana Professional Boxing League season II.
The launch scheduled for Mudor Conference Hall, Trust Sports Emporium at the Bukom Boxing Arena on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 2pm.
The Minister for Youth and Sports, Mustapha Ussif will be the special guest of honor and is expected to officially launch the much-anticipated season II of the Ghana Professional Boxing.
Representatives from the National Sports Authority (NSA), members of the boxing fraternity in Ghana and Ghana Boxing Supporters Union are expected to grace the organization.
The maiden edition of the of the historic boxing league ended in December 2022 with 20 promotions.
The Charles Quartey Boxing Foundation beat competition from eleven boxing gymnasiums to be crowned the winner while Charles Yaw Tetteh emerged the over all boxer of the seaso.
Both winner were presented with a brand new Renault KWID from the sponsors Premier motors Ghana Limited.
