Management of Imax Media Promotions had an emergency meeting with the GBA Executive Board Members and some key shareholders of the ongoing De-luxy Professional Boxing League and deliberated on critical issues underpinned by the fall-outs of week 16.
The marathon meeting offered participants the opportunity to critically analyzed the happenings on Saturday October 29 at the Bukom Boxing Arena that led to the premature end of the night event with one more fight to end the scheduled seven bouts event.
Some of the issues considered highly at the meeting were ticketing, crowd control, effective security network, education on scoring system, the role of referees and judges, behaviour of some coaches and protection of spectators.
Participants of the meeting expressed their profound gratitude for the opportunity to help reshape thoughts of boxing stakeholders and clarify the misconception.
