
The Ghana Police Service wishes to inform the general public, especially applicants taking part in the 2025 Police Recruitment Exercise, that the technical challenges reported on the e-recruitment portal are currently being addressed.
The statement says the Technical Support Team is working around the clock to resolve all issues related to; Delivery of PINs, Serial Numbers, One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and System access and related portal concerns.
it added that all reported complaints received through the official email and support lines have been logged for prompt action.
The police encourage applicants who may be experiencing delays to remain calm, as every concern is receiving immediate attention.
