The police administration has been called upon to adopt succession plans to help identify and groom potential officers for command and executive management positions.
Chaplain general of the Ghana police service, DCOP very reverend father George Arthur, made the call during the pullout ceremony for the director general of police CID, cop Isaac Ken Yeboah, in Accra.
COP Isaac Ken Yeboah, was enlisted into the ghana police service over three decades ago, graduating as a chief inspector.
He rose through the ranks serving at various capacities before attaining the rank of commissioner of police.
COP Ken Yeboah, ended his duty as the director general in-charge of the criminal investigations department, CID.
He was also a member of the national security council, the small arms and light weapons commission and the police council.
He has held several managerial positions in the Ghana police service in charge:
