The district chief executive for Bawku West, Issahaku Ahmed Tahiru has appealed to those hosting asylum seekers from Burkina Faso to make them known to facilitate security checks and their registration.
He noted that the presence of the foreign nationals is a security threat due to the suspected jihadist attack on three communities in the district.
